We provide copies of notes and permission slips for upcoming events and activities at our school.
Excursions are an integral part of the school's program and are chosen carefully to achieve specific educational objectives. Parents' written consent is essential for participation - phone advice is not sufficient. Permission notes are sent home in advance of each excursion. Correct uniform is required to be worn on excursions unless otherwise advised. If financial difficulties arise, please discuss your situation with the Principal who will handle this in confidence.
For every off-site excursion and on-site activity which will incur a charge on the term account, a note is sent home for parents/carers to sign indicating they give permission for their child to participate.

All volunteers must complete the school volunteers (PDF 528KB) form and return it to the office with 100 points of ID.

Absentee note
If your child is absent from school, you must fill out this absentee note(PDF 8KB). for them to present at school when they return.
